DES MOINES, Iowa - A Tama County man won the top prize of $20,000 playing the lottery's "Shamrock Shuffle" instant-scratch game.
Kyle Kolker from Garwin claimed his prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Kwik Star, 814 S. Sixth St. in Marshalltown.
