DES MOINES, Iowa - A Waterloo woman won the top prize of $10,000 playing the lottery's "Cool Cash" instant-scratch game.
Karen Schellhorn claimed her prize Thursday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Cork's Grocery, 1956 Lafayette St. in Waterloo.
