DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Rings of Cash" instant-scratch game.
Lydia Calhoun claimed her prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. She purchased her winning ticket at Tobacco Outlet Plus, 3409 S.W. Ninth St. in Des Moines.
