DES MOINES, Iowa - A Jasper County man won the top prize of $100,000 playing the lottery's "Red Hot Cherries" instant-scratch game.
Jim Anderson from Monroe claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 409 N. Front St. in Montezuma.
