DES MOINES, Iowa - A Humboldt man won the top prize of $10,000 playing the lottery's "Cool Cash" instant-scratch game.
John Polley claimed his prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. He purchased his winning ticket at Kum & Go, 1212 Eighth Ave. N. in Humboldt.
