DES MOINES, Iowa - A Muscatine woman won a $20,000 prize playing the lottery's "$35 Million Cash Spectacular" instant-scratch game.
Melissa Hernandez claimed her prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Citgo Fast Break, 2603 Second Ave. in Muscatine.
