DES MOINES, Iowa - A Mitchell County woman won the top prize of $20,000 playing the lottery's "Shamrock Shuffle" instant-scratch game.
Deanna Huemann from Stacyville claimed her prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Mason City. She purchased her winning ticket at Fareway, 103 E. Main St. in Decorah.
