DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines man won the top prize of $10,000 playing the lottery's "Cool Cash" instant-scratch game.
Tom Mason claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 4815 Maple Drive in Pleasant Hill.
