DES MOINES, Iowa - A Washington woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Lucky Lines" instant-scratch game.
Ruth Eagle claimed her prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 528 S. Hwy. 1 in Washington.
