DES MOINES, Iowa - A Lyon County man won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Lucky Lines" instant-scratch game.

Delbert Antrim from Inwood claimed his prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. He purchased his winning ticket at JJ's Valley Mart, 2005 10th St. in Rock Valley.
