DES MOINES, Iowa - A Sioux City woman won the top prize of $25,000 playing the lottery's "Magic Line Bingo" instant-scratch game.
Patricia Garton claimed her prize Wednesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Council Bluffs. She purchased her winning ticket at Casey's, 1000 Riverside Blvd. in Sioux City.
