DES MOINES, Iowa - A Jesup woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Regina Myers claimed her prize April 1 at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Kwik Star, 10 First Ave. S.E. in Oelwein.
