DES MOINES, Iowa - A Dubuque County woman won the top prize of $20,000 playing the lottery's "Shamrock Shuffle" instant-scratch game.
Jolene Stecklein from Bernard claimed her prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at McDermott Oil Co., 1015 First Ave. E. in Cascade.
