DES MOINES, Iowa - A West Valley, Utah man won a $10,000 prize playing the lottery's "Red Hot Cherries" instant-scratch game.
Neil Christensen claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Council Bluffs. He purchased his winning ticket at Petro Mart, 19610 Hwy. 30 in Missouri Valley.
