DES MOINES, Iowa - A Davenport man won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Diamond Mine" instant-scratch game.

Willie Lacy claimed his prize Thursday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. The winning ticket was purchased at Mother Hubbard's, 3636 Hickory Grove Road in Davenport.
