DES MOINES, Iowa - A Shelby County man won $10,000 playing the lottery's "Lifetime Riches" instant-scratch game.

Jay Rodacker from Harlan purchased his winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 1808 23rd St. in Harlan. He claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Council Bluffs.
