DES MOINES, Iowa - A Cedar Rapids woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Diamond Mine" instant-scratch game.
Shirley Spoden claimed her prize July 7 at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. The winning ticket was purchased at Casey's, 1207 State St in Tama.
