DES MOINES, Iowa - A Clayton County woman won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Tammy Hoffman from Farmersburg claimed her prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Fast Trak, 24687 Hwy. 13 in Elkader.
