Tim Hansel Wins Top Prize Playing "Lucky Lines" Scratch Game

DES MOINES, Iowa - An Elkader man won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Lucky Lines" instant-scratch game.

Tim Hansel claimed his prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. He purchased his winning ticket at Fast Trak, 24687 Hwy. 13 in Elkader.
