DES MOINES, Iowa - A Webster County man won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Twisted" instant-scratch game.
Mark George from Callender claimed his prize Thursday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 2206 Second Ave. N. in Fort Dodge.
