DES MOINES, Iowa - An Anamosa man won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
James Costello claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Tapkens Convenience Plus, 306 Elm St. in Anamosa.
