DES MOINES, Iowa - A Webster County woman won a top prize of $100,000 playing the lottery's "Triple Platinum 777" instant-scratch game.
Karon Rowe of Harcourt claimed her prize Dec. 28 at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. She purchased her winning ticket at Casey's, 307 Third St. NW in Dayton.
