DES MOINES, Iowa - A Manson woman won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
JoAnn Jeffers claimed her prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. She purchased her winning ticket at Affiliated Foods of Manson, 1101 Main St. in Manson.
