DES MOINES, Iowa - A Council Bluffs man won a $10,000 prize playing the lottery's "Did I Win?" instant-scratch game.
John Pierce claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Council Bluffs. He purchased his winning ticket at Darrah's, 3607 Ninth Ave. in Council Bluffs.
