DES MOINES, Iowa - An Ottumwa woman won a top prize of $50,000 playing the lottery's "Aces High" instant-scratch game.
Cindy Davis claimed her prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. She purchased her winning ticket at Kum & Go, 502 W. Second St. in Ottumwa.
