DES MOINES, Iowa - A Sioux City woman said she didn't get a wink of sleep after winning the top prize of $100,000 playing Iowa's $100,000 Cash Game.

Elizabeth Mosaquites, 54, plays the Cash Game regularly, but never dreamed she'd win. Her son, Paul, helped her with claiming the prize at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Council Bluffs Feb. 27 and doing an interview with staff at the lottery's headquarters in Des Moines over the phone.

"She said she couldn't believe it. She couldn't sleep all night," Paul said.

Mosaquites won her prize in the Feb. 24 drawing of Iowa's $100,000 Cash Game. When she discovered she'd won, she called Paul immediately.

"I didn't believe it at all," Paul said. "I called her three times."

Mosaquites said she plans to share her winnings with her family. She purchased her winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 3401 Gordon Drive in Sioux City.

The winning numbers in the Feb. 24 Iowa's $100,000 Cash Game were: 5-9-22-23-28.

Players in Iowa's $100,000 Cash Game choose five numbers from a pool of 35. Tickets in the game cost $1 and drawings are held at 8:28 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The odds of winning the game's top prize are 1 in 324,632.
