DES MOINES, Iowa - A Clive man won a top prize of $50,000 playing the lottery's "Aces High" instant-scratch game.
Michael Crowley claimed his prize Feb. 27 at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Kum & Go, 1725 N.W. 86th St. in Clive.
