DES MOINES, Iowa - A Sioux City man won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Martin Betz claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Council Bluffs. He purchased his winning ticket at Kum & Go, 1821 Hamilton Blvd. in Sioux City.
