DES MOINES, Iowa - An Eldora man won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Ronald Russell claimed his prize Thursday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Kum & Go, 2359 Edgington Ave. in Eldora.
