DES MOINES, Iowa - An Altoona man won a $10,000 prize playing the Iowa Lottery's "Cash Bonanza" instant-scratch game.
Mark McClaflin claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 407 Eighth St. S.W. in Altoona.
