DES MOINES, Iowa - A Burlington man won a top prize of $50,000 playing the lottery's "Aces High" instant-scratch game.
John Powell claimed his prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 1706 Jeffreys Drive in Osceola.
