DES MOINES, Iowa - A Cedar Rapids woman won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Lenora Perez claimed her prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Hy-Vee Drugstore, 2405 Mt. Vernon Road S.E. in Cedar Rapids.
