DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines man won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch ticket.
Richard Lunn claimed his prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Git-N-Go, 5736 Franklin Ave. in Des Moines.
