DES MOINES, Iowa - A Carroll woman won a top prize of $10,000 playing the lottery's "Pinball" instant-scratch game.
Jill Wernimont claimed her prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. She purchased her winning ticket at Sperry One Stop Shop, 516 Hwy. 141 in Coon Rapids.
