DES MOINES, Iowa - A West Des Moines man won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Roulette" instant-scratch game.
Brad Gaffney claimed his prize June 15 at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 6630 Mills Civic Parkway in West Des Moines.
