DES MOINES, Iowa - An Ottumwa woman won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Ellen Collins claimed her prize June 26 at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. She purchased her winning ticket at Casey's, 1603 W. Second St. in Ottumwa.
