DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines man won a top prize of $10,000 playing the lottery's "Triple Fortune" instant-scratch game.
Sammie Lockett claimed his prize Aug. 6 at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Quik Trip, 1000 E. University Ave. in Des Moines.
