DES MOINES, Iowa - A Fort Dodge man won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Philip McCarville claimed his prize Wednesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. He purchased his winning ticket at Cenex/Ampride 1301 10th Ave. N. in Humboldt.
