DES MOINES, Iowa - A Buffalo woman won a top prize of $50,000 playing the lottery's "7" scratch game.
Jennifer Levi claimed her prize Aug. 14 at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Express Lane Gas & Food Mart, 1102 West Front St. in Buffalo.
