Richard Oliver Win Top Prize of $30,000 Playing the "Crossword" Scratch Game
DES MOINES, Iowa - An Indianola man won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Richard Oliver claimed his prize Aug. 22 at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Murphy USA, 1502 N. Jefferson St. in Indianola.
