DES MOINES, Iowa - A Council Bluffs woman won a top prize of $100,000 playing the lottery's "Did I Win?" instant-scratch game.
Amanda Betts claimed her prize Wednesday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. She purchased her winning ticket at Bucky's Express, 2713 S. 24th St. in Council Bluffs.
