DES MOINES, Iowa - A Nevada man won the first top prize of $100,000 playing the lottery's "Holiday Treasures" instant-scratch game.
David Williams claimed his prize Wednesday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 902 N. Hwy. 69 in Huxley.
