Deadlines Established to Claim Prizes in Those Games That are Ending
DES MOINES, Iowa - As part of its standard procedures, the Iowa Lottery is officially ending eight instant-scratch games and 10 pull-tab games and has established the deadlines by which players must claim prizes in them.
The lottery has announced the end date for the following eight scratch games: "Magic Line Bingo," "Crossword" (Game 702), "Iowa Lottery Black," "Merry Crossword," "Snow Bank," "Minute To Win It™," "Bee Lucky" and "Match 3 Tripler." Players have until the close of business on Sept. 19 to claim prizes in those eight games.
Players may visit an Iowa Lottery retailer or one of the lottery's offices in Council Bluffs, Storm Lake, Des Moines, Mason City and Cedar Rapids to claim scratch-game prizes.
The lottery has also announced the end date for the following 10 pull-tab games: "Veterans Pride," "The Pickle," "Berries & Bars," "Bear in the Woods," "Neon Bars," "Instant Thrill," "Raisin the Stakes," "Road Trippin'," "Honey Bucks" and "Vegas." Players have until the close of business on July 24, 2014, to claim prizes in those 10 games.
Winning pull-tab tickets must be redeemed at the same retailer where they were purchased.
