DES MOINES, Iowa - An Allamakee County man won a $10,000 prize playing the lottery's "Did I Win?" instant-scratch game.

Rick Rodenberg of Waterville claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Mason City. He purchased his winning ticket at Quillin's Food Ranch, 9 Ninth St. S.W. in Waukon.

Since the lottery's start in 1985, its players have won more than $3 billion in prizes while the lottery has raised more than $1.4 billion for the state programs that benefit all Iowans.
