DES MOINES, Iowa - A Burlington woman won the first top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Jingle Bell Jackpot" instant-scratch game.
Ariel Kendall claimed her prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. She purchased her winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 939 Angular St. in Burlington.
