DES MOINES, Iowa - An Urbandale man won a top prize of $50,000 playing the lottery's "7" instant-scratch game.
Dustin "Hutch" Hutcheson claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He was one of 10 winners of prizes of $10,000 or more that day. Hutcheson purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 3527 Indianola Ave. in Des Moines.
