DES MOINES, Iowa - A Keokuk woman won a top prize of $100,000 playing the lottery's "Holiday Treasures" instant-scratch game.
Marlene Weigand claimed her prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 3111 Main St. in Keokuk.
