DES MOINES, Iowa - A Red Oak woman won a top prize of $10,000 playing the lottery's "Merry MONOPOLY™" instant-scratch game.
Colette Swisher claimed her prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Council Bluffs. She purchased her winning ticket at Kum & Go, 710 N. Broadway St. in Red Oak.
