More than 2,500 retailers throughout the state are licensed to sell Iowa Lottery products. Lottery retailers have sold $4.8 billion in lottery products since the Iowa Lottery began in 1985. And, sales commissions paid to Iowa businesses for selling lottery tickets total more than $379 million.
