I have a $50,000 Super Crossword ticket that I entered in a previous promotion. Can I enter it again in this promotion?
A scratch ticket may be used only once as an entry in a promotion. If you enter an eligible ticket that has been previously entered, you'll receive a message that
says that invalid ticket has already been entered.
How do I enter for the $1 million grand prize?
Entries not selected as a winner in that ticket's prize category will be eligible for the grand prize drawing.
I have a $100,000 Mega Crossword ticket that I can't get entered in the promotion. How can I tell if it's eligible for this promotion?
There are two current games called $100,000 Mega Crossword. Only tickets from Game 537 are eligible for entry into the promotion. Tickets from Game 442 aren't part of the promotion.

You can tell which game you have by the ticket number (the first three digits in the number above the bar code on the back of the ticket), either 442 or 537.
If I win the $1 million grand prize, where do I claim it?
The $1 million winner will need to make an appointment with lottery staff to claim their prize at the Lottery's Clive Headquarters.
What's included in the prizes?
The prizes are all cash, either $5,000, $10,000, $20,000, $30,000, or the grand prize of $1 million.
Can I win more than one prize in the promotion?
You can win one cash prize in each drawing category that you enter. For example, if you enter a $5 ticket and a $10 ticket in the promotion, you could win one $5,000
prize and one $10,000 prize.
Entering Tickets
How do I enter tickets in the promotion?
To enter, log into your VIP Club account, either at ialottery.com or through the LotteryPlus mobile app. If you have the app, you can simply scan a ticket to enter.
If you're not a member yet, join for FREE at ialottery.com.
How long do I have to get my tickets entered?
You can enter the Million Dollar $ummer promotion from 10 a.m. July 12 until noon August 20, 2021. The drawings will be held on August 26.
Do I have to choose a category for my entry before submitting the ticket?
No, when you enter an eligible ticket, you'll automatically receive an entry in that ticket's prize category.
How many entries do I receive for each ticket entered?
You receive one entry in the applicable category for each ticket entered.
I can't find the numbers I need to enter from the front of the ticket. Can you help?
Be sure to scratch off all of the scratch material in the play area on the front of the ticket to uncover the 10-digit number you need. Most times the number
is located at the bottom of the play area, but sometimes it may run sideways. If you're having trouble finding the code on a particular ticket,
send us an email via our contact form and we'll be glad to help.
I'm getting an error that my ticket number is not valid. What should I do?
There are a few things we ask people to do when this occurs:
- Be sure the ticket is not a winner. If the ticket is a winner, it will come up as invalid.
- Double-check the numbers you are entering to be sure they are correct and that you have all the boxes filled in.
- If you are not sure which numbers to enter, check the "scratch ticket example" link on the "Enter Drawings" page within the VIP Club.
How often can I enter this promotion?
You can make 40 attempts to enter tickets in a promotion(s) per day. After midnight your account will reset, and you can enter more tickets at that time.
